Hello. I have chosen to show you this cast iron skillet, it is by Calphalon. I feel this pan is a little lighter than some other brands. Also, I enjoy having the pour off lips on the edges.
You might think this is such a random item to feature? I just kept feeling I had to share the wonder of a cast iron pan. What if people are afraid of using them? Don’t be!

- Easy to clean – I never use soap on my cast iron skillets. Just scrape it out with something like a chore boy and rinse with hot water.
